Why Mcdonalds?

is it just me or do anyone eles ever wounder why little kids love mcdonalds so much. dont get me wrong the food is good (hmmmh… the chicken sandwiches, and deep fried apple pies) but why were kids so uppsesed with the fast food place like me i've always loved taco bell (still do to this day). what do yall think?

    Burger King for me

    Only place that knows how to make an actually good cheeseburger

    I don't know the why, though

    I was obsessed with MD growing up and my sis is, too

    Also, I think the non-Americans probably won't relate to this post, probably having a different place that is the MD of their country

    there’s McDonalds everywhere, like even some places in Africa and china and not the Antarctic though 🥺

    Antartica is actually a mysterious, government owned, banned land (I didn't explain that right but there's a whole thing that's definitely worth looking into)

    I know MD is everywhere but the obsession with it is MOSTLY American I'm pretty sure

    When I was a kid, it was all about the chicken nuggets and happy meals with a cool box it came in and a toy. That was a special treat we only got once in a while, if we were lucky. Plus I liked the playground equipment back in the days.

    I remember having to make & take my lunch to grade school everyday and we'd all be so jealous of the kids whose parents stopped by the classroom with a Happy Meal box and drink. (All I had in my thermos was water or Kool-aid. Sodas were also rare to us, even though looking back, water was healthier).

    Ahhhh memories!

    I remember when the toys were actually good…

    Nothing like what my dad got as a kid, though!

    And me and dad would go to MD every Wednesday and I'd get to play on the indoor playground and then we'd sometimes get ice cream then go home and play video games

    Good times…

    I used to LOVE McDonalds

    Now it's kinda ok but I'll never be upset to have it

    But Taco Bell and Chick-Fil-A are just superior in every imaginable fashion.

    Honestly, I no longer eat fast food... Even when I did eat fast food (over 10yrs+ ago), I liked Taco Bell but my stomach sure didn't. I don't know why. So I stopped eating there too. 😕

    ( @crayZender, i just realized this thread is in the Unite section.... Maybe for the next non-Unite thread/discussion it should be created in the Pokemon Square general discussion area before some of the other trainers start complaining. Just giving you a heads-up 🙂)

    People still like it after all the exposed junk in their food? I avoid it at all costs...

    Studies show that ultra processed foods like McDonalds fast food kill more people than smoking cigarettes daily.

    These days I believe most people simply go there because it's cheap and fast.
