How to buy crystals

I don't understand why I can't convert my gold coins to crystals but I can convert crystals to gold coins. I would rather buy more cards and build more decks then customize my avatar

    Kinda an oversight on the purpose of the game. It's collecting cards that gets people excited not custom avatars or card sleeves

    This client is built around playing, not collecting. There's not even a collection viewer.

    I think they know that crystals and credits are more popular than gold coins, but they still want to have a customization feature, so they make it so you can’t turn gold coins into other things.
