Any help or understanding for not receiving cards you pulled in PTCG?

My most recent (and frustrating) examples of this was with my first few packs from Obsidian Flames. I pulled one of the rare charizards in one pack and the full art style Pidgeotto in another, however neither are in my edit deck collection. I haven't been able to add either to a deck nor do they show up.

I've reopened the game now many times, I've reset my filters, I've gone through all the cards like a mad man😅, but still nothing.

Any explanation?
