Why am I missing cards?

I pulled a rare charizard and full art Pidgeot from some Obsidian Flames packs and I'm unable to use them. They don't show up as an option to add to my decks. Ive reset filters and reopened the game many times.

    Click on the regular art and then the Available drop-down below the card.
