The age ratings for Lego sets are nonsense, it’s more a rating of how easy they are to build than actual age.
As for the set… the second Lego Pokémon set I’d actually believe was made by Lego and not some knockoff brand. It looks really cool and nails a lot of aspects in the Pokémon’s design, and the side build is also really nice.

Ignore the age rating. I’ve probably got two or three 18+ sets that I still built.

That 18+ is Lego marketing trying to appeal to adult fans... so I'd ignore the tag and grab that Rayquaza anyway.

Sadly it's likely too late. I doubt they stayed in that LEGO store for eight hours.

Found an Eevee set at Costco for $30(going for double that) but I don't do Lego anymore so 🤷🙅
