The app scammed me out of packs?
I redeemed 10 booster codes, and while redeeming I got an error code and I didn't get to open the packs. There are no new cards in my collection and my codes can no longer be used.
This is just sad. I was excited to open some packs but I guess I can't have nice things. I honestly think Pokemon should credit my account with 10 packs worth of crystals.
Also, how are you supposed to be able to get the battle pass when all of the resource you need to get the battle pass is locked in the premium battle pass. What were they thinking?

That is what I did. They told me to type out each code (36 from booster box), take a picture of each card, show proof of purchase, and post a picture of the booster box. I did all of these things for them to tell me there's nothing they can do. They are the worst.
