Luminous Energy with Galarian Persserker V and Hisuian Goodra

Hi, curious about the ruling for this set up. Galarian Perrserker V has a Luminous Energy attached while Hisuian Goodra (Ability: Prevent all damage done to each of your basic Pokémon that has any metal energy attached by attacks from your opponent’s Pokémon V). Does Luminous Energy count as a metal energy in this case or is it just a special energy?
-Thanks

Yes, Hisuian Goodra would protect Galarian Perrserker V because Luminous Energy reads: As long as this card is attached to a Pokémon, it provides every type of energy but only provides one energy at a time. So it can be a steel energy. At least unless you have another special energy attached to Perrserker, then the Luminous energy just becomes one colorless.
