Opponent Benched Pokémon Placed During Setup Still Old Style

When your opponent places benched Pokémon during setup, they still use the old square card style instead of the newer full-card style. They look very strange next to Pokémon benched during gameplay since they are such different sizes.
Not sure if it happens to Pokémon I might place during setup as I don't often do so.

To add to this, when I played Lost Vacuum or similar card that lets you "target" any item on the board, the old visuals for opponent's benched Pokemon appear there as well.
