Can’t play Lillie’s Determination if it’s the last card in my hand

The description doesn’t say anything not being able to play it if it’s the last card in your hand and in tournaments I see plenty of people play it if it’s the last card in their hand so I’m pretty sure this is a bug.

@Sahri, just to check, did you go first and try playing it on your first turn, or did your opponent have Jellicent ex in the active spot? You can't play Supporter cards in either instance.

Edit: I am tired. Ignore the part about Jellicent ex.

I'm dumb. Jellicent ex only prevents Item and Pokémon Tool cards from being played, not Supporter cards. I need caffeine.
