There's dozen of players hitting comfey and laughing how there's no moderation to stop them.

These are not real.player, but people who are botting. Using programming to play the game. They literally rank up each season because we have no moderation.

@Mod_Bee seriously can we get help on comfeybot problem. It's all over reddit..

P.S switch players got a memory leak again and crashing

    @Mod_Nova Can we get this brought up. There's dozens of these bots running in human matches.

    Deeply embarrassing for the billion dollar franchise to be unable to even address this via moderators despite this happening for a year now

    Reports involving suspected cheating or unusual player behavior are best handled through Support so they can be reviewed by the appropriate team. Details such as the player's name, what you observed, and any screenshots or recordings can be helpful when reporting an issue.

    I had a comfey bot in my match right now but I couldn’t fill out this form because their profile is private. What is your solution for that?

    I had a Comfey bot in my game literally right now. We forfeited the match because it put us at a severe disadvantage. Their username shows up as Trainer2, a generic “private” name. Their profile is private. Pray tell, how is anyone supposed to report them?

    I saved the battle replay yesterday when I had one of those "trainers" on my team (I've encountered a number 6, 12 and 18 in just the past couple days), and I plan on replaying the video and screen recording it as proof when I submit a ticket. Keeping my fingers crossed that something is done.

    It's so bad, it's practically every other or it's one out of three ranked battles.

    Blocking them doesn't stop them from being matched with you on your random solo queued ranked teams.

    Reporting them via the in-game report feature hasn't either. In fact, you are warned that you might get in trouble for reporting them!

    I now have encountered trainer1, trainer6, trainer12, trainer16, trainer17, trainer18 many times. The first clue is they go anonymous trainer as a girl (purple basic outfit), then they immediately have comfey locked in before it's humanly possible, then their gameplay follows the same patterns everytime (there are clues as to how they "play" ). After the match is over, their user names are revealed (some listed above) and their profiles are private however the same profile/icon girl picture (the small one like our pfps here) is the same as the others.

    As a master level player, I have not noticed or seen them in matches when all the other trainers are masters because that is when we go to the ban/draft style ranked battles..... it is only when we are thrown into matches that are typical of having an ultra on either side (or multiple ultra ranked trainers). In other words, without ban/draft.

    Maybe the solution is to change the format for ranked matches starting at the Ultra level to ban/draft style and allow us trainers to ban Comfey since nothing else has stopped them so far?

    Or maybe, for the new season about to start in about a week or so, put a season or two ban on using Comfey in ranked battles across the board (meaning for everyone).
