What are some things you want to see added to Unite?

Absolutely, the ladder system alone is fine... but currently it's just too hard.
My real situation... days ago, I accidentally chose an expensive Pokemon license, so grinding back up is going to take weeks or maybe even months... and it isn't even a Pokemon that I particularly like.

Ummm yep, I've been tricked into a match or two, but that's my bad for trusting certain "friends". After that, if they pinged me to play, I instead open my own lobby and invite them in beccause I don't trick those in lobby, I at least use a slowbro question mark sticker if I do switch stadiums and wait for a "YES!' Pikachu sticker before starting it (if that wasn't what I invited you in for). Or I straight up ask everyone via lobby chat (if there are those who can read or respond back.) I've also stopped prematch selection to get out of lobbies, when it was possible, if I wasn't leader and they switched it up on me, I had to go, or etc. That's what that "X" is for. The main time I cannot stop it, is when I'm tricked into custom battles. Those go immediately with no pause or chance to cancel.
People just need to have better manners is all. Why punish the rest of us for those who purposely trick others into playing a different match then what the invite was for?

And now, you can't grind battles for extra license points either like you could with thr old gold coin system.
Now on a standard day (meaning not during this anniversary celebration and all the freebies/missions that are not a normal thing), I would receive up to 5 license points from friends if they sent me one and possibly 2-3 more from the daily missions prize boxes. That's not much at all.

That's horrible... I really don't get why they made it this hard. It mostly hurts newer players... it's like they're shooting themselves in the foot on purpose.

Yep. Also one of the main reasons besides the awesome holowear, I do splurge on battlepasses. There you can earn more license points at a slightly quicker rate if you complete those missions too.
(Yeah, I fell for the money trap. But I don't really spend on anything else in game)
