Ahhh but you forget! Ice is a solid state of matter for H2O, sooooooo the flames melt the ice into water! (Instead of causing it to turn directly into steam, allowing the ice turned water to actually help put out some of the fire) 😁

Actually though, you might need something else to put out a fire based on the accelerant used ..... Like a big huge fire extinguisher!
