That actually is the correct pronunciation "Regi - ice," so I pronunce it wrong (though I do like saying "Regice (Reg - ice), your savior is here!").

The soft 'c' pronunciation of Arceus is closer to the Japanese アルセウス, even if the hard 'c' would be closer to the Latin inspirations, but more importantly is funnier to say.
