My first Starter was a Fennekin, but I really like Sprigatito and might consider it my favorite.

My answer changes depending on whether you are talking about only their first form, their entire evolution line or their final evolution. I like most of their first forms but many lines quickly fall off for me.
I like all three Kanto starters and their lines. Really strong start to the concept. I love Cyndaquil. Might be my favourite overall. The Turtwig line is cool. I love Snivy but I am not overly keen on its evolutions. Same for Rowlet, Scorbunny and Fuecoco.
Gen 6 and gen 8 were the worst batch of starters overall in my opinion.
