Gardivoir ex self ko’d Pokémon applying too much energy

In a match gardivoir applied too many energies to a Pokémon which is clearly stated on gardi ex that you can’t self ko. It applied too many energies and self ko’d my Pokémon. After it quickly said “your input was skipped due to lapse in timer” and then I had a visual bug making the game basically unplayable and forcing a loss.

Where is the issue? You've clearly been able to make several more actions after you apparently KO'd your own pokemon.

Nothing in the OPs screenshot suggests what they claim is true.

And by the looks of it, the turn before this screenshot they were under path, so no energy was being accelerated by Gardevoir ex.

The Ralts was played that turn. Radiant Greninja was able to use it's ability despite a "visual bug".

And assuming this deck is current, there are not enough energies in the discard to be able to KO a 2 prize pokemon. Also looks like Gardevoir ex took 2 attacks from Noivern ex's first attack, otherwise they wouldn't have been able to play the Temple this turn.

Too much suggests they weren't paying attention rather than a bug.
