It has to be Serena. While the anime will never show an older Ash sadly the directors did basically say they would end up together

Once I work for the Pokemon Company, I plan to make the directors word canon one way or another. Besides, I'm also plan to have Ash return sometime after gen 10.

No one, just let him befriend all Pokémon.
Also, most ships feel forced. Why? Because it's a kids anime, not a romance one. I dislike it when people pretend these 11 year olds will always be the same when they're older, even though the writers probably don't care about realistic characters.
