Mechanic idea for next Pokémon Mystery Dungeon
Do y'all think that romance and/or breeding could be a cool feature in the next Pokemon mystery dungeon game? Perhaps during either the late game or post game the 'human' protagonist can select their favorite pokemon on their team to 'marry' like an S support in the Fire Emblem games. Maybe if your partner is selected then it can have an impact on the story. And if the two are in the same egg group then they can make an egg that can hatch into a new team member.
Does this seem like an interesting idea?

Well the human isn't a fighter so the relationship system wouldn't translate to any support or breeding benefits unless I'm missing something with your idea.
