Can't redeem any Chaos Rising codes

Specifically, any Chaos Rising booster pack codes. Any other product works fine. These codes were given to me from a friend & others who have, unfortunately, discarded all receipts in the process.

I have contacted Support and they have insisted that I provide a proof of purchase.

    I'm having no issues... what exactly do you mean by "can't redeem"? Is there an error message, and what does it say?

    Gives a "communication error" whenever I try to redeem.

    It could be a server issue rather than a problem with your specific codes or the Chaos Rising set. Have you tried redeeming them again?
