PokeGold Balance Negative
Hi, all of a sudden my PokeGold balance went from +1700 to negative -2072 for no reason. Anyone know whats going on?

Have you used any third-party apps?
When the game flags fraudulent payment transaction they take back the gold and your account goes negative.

I see, I don't know about fraudulent but it was top-up service who claim to be official. They top my account up and all was fine but after some days my account gold now negative, and goes down even more, currently -2200 😨 I can't even claim free shop tickets because of negative balance 😰

They can claim to be official but third party is never

I assume you can't do much about it unless it lets you buy official gold to claw back the debt.

Those third party top up services are never official, no matter what they claim.
Now the best you can do is try to open a support ticket, explain that you were scammed and hope they understand... but they are usually very strict about this tho, so don't expect much.
