Remove Long Lasting Mission Groups When Completed

Currently, the 30 Days of Gifts mission category has an availability period of over 90 days but missions that only last 30 days. It would be helpful to not see this category, or categories like it, when their missions are all completed. This feature is used on other short mission groups so I don't see why this couldn't be added for long form groups either.

    I also noticed that this behaviour is only selectively applied to shorter event mission groups. I would suggest making this behaviour inherit from the base class of these menu objects. That way the behaviour is on by default and new menu objects don't have to selectively enable it.
