Decidueye Ability Not Working

I've been tooling with a deck centered around Decidueye EX. The ability on the card states "when the opponent has exactly 4 cards in their hand, ignore all (star) cost to attack". I attempted to use this in conjunction with Vivillion's ability that forces your opponent to put their hand in their deck and draw 4 cards. However, despite Vivillion's ability, Decidueye's didn't trigger and I couldn't attack despite having at least 1 grass energy on it in case I was misunderstanding a typing technicality.

Were you in test deck? the ability breaks in test deck.

@Justerfrog5557 That's exactly what happened. That's a pain in the butt, but glad to hear it works outside of testing.
