issue redeeming codes
It's been three days and I still can't redeem any code.
I have tried on the windows app
I have tried on my iphone and ipad.
Every code I put it when I click "redeem" it says "there was a communication problem, try again" and if I try again it says "you have alreaday redeemed this code"… I have tried with at least 20 codes now and I'm fed up. On the windows up when I click on "redeem" it just does nothing at all.
I tried to disinstall the app but nothing have worked so far, man, the frustration

I'm having the same issue, but only with 'Ascended Heroes" codes. All other products work fine
