Pokemon Champions Age change - Urgent

Hello, I need to change my age in Pokemon champions fast because I accidentally set the wrong one. There is a tournament coming up I'd love to participate in but I can't, since it's for Master division and I'm, well, not. The notes say having misinformation could result in penalties and/or disqualification., and I can't even delete and start a new save since the data is synced to my Nintendo account (If you check the info there you will find my actual age if you want proof). Had my age been proper, I'd be eligible for the senior category and this needs to be fixed very quickly as I don't want to miss out on other opportunities. I've already gone to the support website and sent an email regarding this, but didn't get a ticket number so I'm asking here for some more advice and the chance that someone might be able to change something from here. It's very important to me and I would really appreciate having at least the chance to participate. Thank you for understanding.
