ALOLAN RAICHU BUG
I earned both the 1-Day & 3-Day licenses for Al. Raichu through the Raichu Event pass thingy.
I went into my item box and activated them to use in Ranked. It showed up in the ban screen but then after that, never showed up again in any Pokemon list screen; not in Ranked, Quick Battle, NOWHERE. Both totally disappeared and were not able to be used.

Have you contacted support about this? If not, please send a ticket to our support team so that we can look into this for you. Include information about your device type, any screenshots you may have taken, and further information that you think would help.
Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon UNITE from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the bottom of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

@Mod_Nova Thank you. I submitted a ticket. I have to admit, though, I am weary about getting the help I need. That time when the UNITE servers kept disconnecting people but before they admitted it was on their side, I submitted a ticket and they blamed it on my device, connection, etc, even though my ex-network admin hubby had done everything to make sure it wasn’t on our end. It’s discouraging to always be pointed toward problems being on our end and never getting a real answer.

Case in point:
This is the response I got after visiting the link you supplied and submitting a ticket:
”We greatly appreciate your opinions and requests and will share them with the Pokémon UNITE development team. Note that while we are thankful for the feedback, we do not respond to inquiries of this kind.”

I am sorry that had happened to you! Did you tell them you paid for the Raichu pass? (That's the only way to earn the 3-day pass, right?). They might listen better if you remind them you are a paying customer and you do not appreciate being brushed aside.
(Honestly, even if you didn't pay for the pass, they still should reinstate the trial licenses since you never got to use them. That's the right thing to do.)
Word of warning though, a repeated request/submitted ticket, even if you are adding info you think they need, isn't always appreciated. They responded not so nicely when I added info to a submission once.…

I don't think that rental Unite licenses are usable in Ranked (I played some Ranked matches, and my rental Unite licenses aren't shown while I'm choosing one to battle).
For the response that the support team doesn't response further than "[…] Note that while we are thankful for the feedback, we do not respond to inquiries of this kind. […]", it is made automatically ("(This is an automated email response.)"). In my opinion, this shows that if any problems with Unite are reported to the support team, they will just "share them with the Pokémon UNITE development team" without doing anything else. They think that only the development team is responsible for fixing…

I realize my mistake after double checking the pass. The free to all level is where we earned the one-day and three-day trial licenses.

I could’ve sworn that I had used limited licenses in Ranked in the past; did I remember that incorrectly? How did I miss that temporary licenses can’t be used in Ranked? Feeling unsure of my mental acuity all of a sudden *laughs*
