Just so y'all know what the alternative would have been, if you fought the boss she would have used a Meowstic (females) and a Legendary of your choice (from a given list)
Upon victory, you would have gotten the Legendary
You would have came back to a losing Jerry, but the Gym Leader would have swooped in and saved him

That's like life.... we do what we think is best and carry on. We had a feeling Jerry couldn't handle it, so in my mind, that's the thing to do.... Help him. Plus, you never know if anyone else will help so that's why we act. Many people just sit on the sidelines, holding their cell phones, recording events instead of helping nowadays. So yep, we decided to help. Not the worse option, just an option to stick by our morals and help the guy out. Nothing wrong with that. Even if he doesn't have ours, we've got his back!
