Actually what I usually do is just hold wheat in my hand... Lol they should follow you if you don't go too fast. I have a couple leads but I can't get in at the moment. Perhaps soon (I need to charge my battery)

You can make a subway station... Even something simple like a staircase going down to that level or a ladder....
