Does the "new card" light ever turn off?

I've gone through every series and clicked every new card, yet my "Card Dex" light stays lit like I have new cards.

And now, every time I go to the collections, the "completed" tabs are highlighted again. I click them, get the "completed" animation again, and then when I come back, there they are again.

    I've noticed that too, I believe it started doing that after the last update...

    I tried to "complete" multiple times, but the button comes back next time I login, I know isn't a critical bug, but to me it's really annoying, I hope next update they fix it.

    This is happening to me as well. I "complete" the sets (and master sets) and the next time I log in, the "complete" button is there again. PLEASE FIX!
