Submenu has a lot, but the one I want to mention is the achievements. Every Pokemon and even you as a trainer has quests that you get rewards for completing

Style is character customization

Mailbox is where you go to collect gifts

Missions are self explanitory

And at the top of the screen is the Battle Pass
