So your team was pretty good for the most part, it just kinda lacked originality, and strategy. If your not getting into VGC, then maybe using a weather team would work. Looking up strategies helped me find my team. There's a video called Choose you battle style for pokemon champions by Skraw! VGC that helped me out. If you have pokemon home and any other pokemon game, try to use that as a start to finding your team
