Can't damage an active Chien Pao Ex with Bravery Charm.

You have given absolutely no information about what you were doing or what was in play. Do you think the devs can read your mind or what? You might as well have just said "bug" and nothing more.
You're the only person with this issue, so you probably didn't read cards.

What energy did you have attached? Did you have a tool? What Stadium was in play? What other Pokémon were in play?
