If your talking about builds on pokopia you could most pickled use one of the crystalline blocks that have a hint of blue in them for ceruledge

Oh the Lego challenge if so then I belive a pop out art with one sword stabbing through made of those transparent blue along with some of the side attached things with more transparent blue circles would work wonders maybe also use some of the slanted half ones for the edges and end
