Okay. I got the Nintendo switch 2, glorious gameplay, majestic console, but i have a choice. Buy Pokopia, or buy the upgrade packs for every game I have???

Depends which games you like and which ones you have. If you play multiplayer alot i think you should do the mario wonder one and mario party jabrree. If you like single player i think you should get the kirby and forgoton land one. But if you like minecraft and animal crossing things like that then i think you should get pokopia

    I agree with this.

Mild spoilers for Pokopia's gameplay, with mentions of info known from the trailers in the Spoiler Warning.

Pokopia is fun if you played ACNH and wished it had Minecraft blocks, buildings, and level of customisability with a little bit more of a story compared to those two (a lot more if you search for notes and writing humans left behind, but that's optional). The world is set and limited, though, like a bunch of non-endless Minecraft maps where the seed isn't random and can't be changed (but there's a feature that resembles Kapp'n's boat rides in ACNH, but free, in case you want to get blocks without destroying anything or want to get more resources. You can even find human notes and writing and outfits/hair exclusive to those places).

And while you don't have any debt here, you have to gather the materials for every story-relevant thing that has to be built by yourself (and occasional tiny gifts and litter from Pokémon), in a way similar to building Nook's Cranny in ACNH (but putting the materials into a box that comes with the plot you choose instead of giving them to a character). Also, you're going to need Pokémon that specialise in things like building to build those things. Other times, you can usually just build on your own or sometimes with other people Minecraft-style.

Also, I forgot to mention this, but there's side quests and requests, and they work a lot like they do in Z-A. I can't speak about them much because I don't think about them at all and just occasionally decide to do a memorable-sounding one, just like in that game.

I think I'd describe it as a Minecraft ACNH mod with a story and lots of lore that someone modded to have Pokémon instead of animals.

Beating it takes 20-40~ hours according to most sources. I don't know how true this is because I forgot to check my play time after beating the game's main story, but I do know I definitely took longer than that (I'm currently at almost 80 hours and I still have quests I haven't done, though they're all not main story related). During those hours, you're going to have a lot of things to do.

depends on which one you like more or willing to take risks

Because if you don’t like pokopia, that would be a waste of 70$

And if you do like it, good

But if you don’t want to take risks the upgrade packs
