I Have Come to a Realization

I don't like Charizard

Shocking, I know, but honestly there's nothing special about it

It is a Fire/Flying type in the same region as Moltres, meaning it's not all that original

Then later they make Talonflame, which is a much better Fire/Flying type than Charizard

All someone has to do is throw a pebble at it and the Grimm Reaper shows up to take its soul

Pretty pathetic if you ask me

Then you have the Mega Evolutions, with Y just being a copy, paste, tiny edits version of it and X being the Dragon Charizard was supposed to be

When it comes to its G-Max it really isn't that bad, G-Max Wildfire being a really good attack, but same as normal Charizard all it takes is a Max Rockfall and game over

This may seem like a sudden thing to say, but this has been thought growing inside me for a while now

Ever since I played Z-A, in fact

I had a Delphox on my team, a Pokémon I wrongly underestimated

That Delphox ended up being my MVP, way better than my Charizard

It got me thinking about how awful Charizard is

It truly can't compete with any of the other Fire type starters (except Typhlosion. Charizard is still better than that one)

In honor of Delphox being the one to bring me to my senses, I will be changing my profile picture to Ninetales, the only Fire Fox we have available
