Decidueye ex Ability Bugged

Decidueye ex's attacks still require colourless energy when my opponent has 4 cards in hand even though the colourless energy should be ignored. Neither Judge or vivillon's ability have activated Decidueye's ability

  For me it only breaks when I'm in testing mode and works fine in an actual game
