Feedback for the Forums: Warn the user if 1 or more of his/her posts has been deleted

We didn't know why some of our posts (including a discussion by @Evolve8eon*) were deleted. If I was a mod or an admin, and if I needed to delete a post to "clean up" the forums, I would tell the creator of that post why it was deleted (inappropriate content, violation to the rules and guidelines**, etc.).

If you need to tell someone that 1 of his/her posts has been deleted, you can use the template below:

Post Deleted Warning Template

Hi, @User_1 (replace this name with the name of the user you are talking to). The following of your posts have been deleted:

"Discussion 1" (replace Discussion 1 with the name of the discussion that you deleted) (Reason: (insert reason here))
"Discussion 2" (replace Discussion 2 with the name of the discussion that you deleted) (Reason: (insert reason here))
Comment #x (each discussion and comment has a # with a number — all discussions have #1, and all comments have #2, #3, etc.) in the discussion of "Discussion 3" by @User_2 (Reason: (insert reason here))
The activity that you posted on/ in/ at (its timestamp) in your/ @User_3's profile (Reason: (insert reason here))
