Munkidori Acceleration

I'm trying out Munkidori more in my single-prize deck to set up KOs but my ammo is kind of limited. Most of my Pokemon get OHKO'd so there's no damage counters, and Risky Ruins is my only means of inflicting self damage. Are there any good options out there for self damage post rotation (especially with low deck space)?
