If you think there is some topic we could be discussing but aren't, why didn't you make that thread instead?
There was a lot of hype in the build up to Pokémon day, but not a lot of new content was actually put out.
Most of the discourse and revelations around FRLG happened twenty years ago. There's not much more to add given that it is essentially the same game. Perhaps all that discourse is archived somewhere from a forum of the pre-YouTube, Facebook and Twitter internet...
We discussed Winds and Waves, the graphics and performance, the world, the protagonists and the starters, but until we get some new reveals, there isn't much more to say.
It is actually okay for there to be lulls and quiet time. It doesn't have to be mind-blowing revelations every day in every franchise.
I don't think you want endless, vapid content constantly spewed at you 24/7, and in the alternative universe where that was what the Pokémon franchise was doing I suspect you would instead be complaining about there being too much noise and wishing for a quieter time.
Speak when you have something worth saying. Don't just chatter to fill the void.

"It has gobbled mountains and swallowed whole buildings, according to reports. It's one of the Ultra Beasts."
Yeah, I agree.2 -
I mean Guzzlord is the immediate choice but there's a LOT of other contenders…

Well, sometimes chattering to fill the void is helpful. When there's nothing important, there's just a blank. Why not have a conversation in that blank, even if its a silly one?

"I didn't do anything to your Fidough…"
