After you have finished Rocky Ridges, you will be able to befriend Volcanion. To get it to reappear so it can move in, you will need to set up a second party in Rocky Ridges (make another Party Curry, you need another Pot to make it, which you can get in the store for 100 Life Coines) which involves getting the mood up to 100 again (I just put down 50 alarm clocks) Then, when the party is finished, load up a cannon and some fireworks and Volcanion will appear again and ask to join as the parties always seem fun.
