you don’t need to have a college degree to work at pokemon, you just need tons of experience. (I think there’s also no age requirement but they might not say there is one because they don’t feel like it) (I also think that degrees help you get hired) (i might be wrong though)

Labor laws says that the youngest age that could be hired is 14 and then there is the limited amount of hours teens can work max
