Can't link my child account

Hi

I'm trying to link my childs pokemon TCG game to his account. I made an account in his name (minor), added him to the family group where I'm admin.

When i press 'select this account' (starting by loging in on my account and chooses his account) the screen goes white for 5 sec, then the game restarts, but still not linked.

Any ideal?
