Before I move, was just curious but is Ice Shard a reaction move given it requires a melee strike? Namely instead of using Shield I could hit them with Ice Shard to deal bonus Ice damage.

In any case: Beira uses Powder Snow on one of the Sandile. 1D4 Ice Damage yields a roll of 3 +1(Dex bonus)
