Battle Cage bug
When my opponent played Battle Cage into the stadium slot, my froslass' Freezing Shroud ability still out damage counters on my benched pokemon with abilities, despite not putting any on my opponent's benched pokemon with abilities.

This is normal. Battle cage says it prevents damage counters from being placed by your opponent's abilities. it says nothing about your own.

it actually says Prevents all damage counters being placed on Benched Pokemon(both yours and your opponents) but still ticks your own munkidoris while your opponents munkis don’t take any if you play froslass vs garde and they battle cage you persay so it’s definitely bugged on app. 👍 still in March so

Justerfrog5557 is correct. Read the full text carefully. It states that it prevents damage counter placement from attacks and abilities of your opponent’s Pokémon specifically. There is no clause there that prevents your Pokémon from receiving damage counters from your own abilities and attacks.
