Supporter Bug
Just encountered a bug during play where one of my trainers, Hassel, was not able to be played. I had not played a supporter yet, and had just had a mega Sharpedo ex knocked out the previous turn, so the conditions to use it should've been fulfilled. It did change the course of the game, as I had to use a Lillie's Determination instead, which led to a bad draw and thus a loss in the match. I am playing on the PC version of TCG Live.
