As I’m not a Pokemon tcg battle guy, I want you guys to try to come up with a deck that fits these 2 Pokemon:

Mega Latias ex, Mega Gengar ex

Go on, make some decks! It’s ok if it has separate decks for each.

tbh it depends on what format you're going for. I'd personally run lati and gengar in the same deck, they are both psychic after all

I made a deck featuring only mega latias ONLY because tcg live didn’t believe I had a mega Gengar. Welp, I have mega lucario in it though, which was something I wanted to try to get.
