Rythym heaven cannot officially and legitimately run on the steam deck, but there are a lot of rythmn games on steam and other corners of the net.
But saying the switch has better games isn't even factually correct considering the massive library of PC and how a good chunk of the games on the switch are also on PC. Sure the switch has the exclusives which cannot officially and legitimately be played on PC, with some of those exclusives being quite frankly some of the best games ever made, but even with those phenomenal games the PC games are quite phenomenal as well.

remember that at its core the steam deck is a pc, offering the same perks as having one

You should really try PC and see what you are missing out on, sure the switch is great for a good amount of games but PC just opens all of the doors.

At this point I can't tell if you're joking or not or if you genuinely believe that every other game other than a select few Nintendo ones are garbage.
