We all jump to the obvious answer, Mew, but if you look at siribie there are Pokemon with a lower max befriend rate like ditto and jinx, so what REALLY is the rarest Pokemon?

  Well they have a lower chance but the reipe on mew is way harder to obtain so its still mew.

  yea but when you can beat 12-Boss on full-auto it’s actually more common
