  it can be good

  It becomes 1 Pokémon at random and gets 1 Move at random

  You could get a Metapod with Harded

  Or a Mewtwo with Psystrike

  Yes yes but I want it to be like the higher level it is it tranforms to stronger pokemon and the lower the level the weaker the pokemon it transforms into.
