House seems like the logical choice. Since it can be any size, I can simply have it encompass the entire surface area of the earth. At that point, the earth and everything on it would belong to me, including Pokemon plushies.

But my question is do we have to pay a monthly payment on the house or do we get it completely payed off

If we have to keep paying for it then it may be more expensive then what we have right now and a bunch of free plushies would be better
