Breeding those suspicious good looking pkmn?

I'm kind of new to pokemon and the doings of it, I've just got my free trial for online and decided to use the "Surprise trade" feature.

As many that have used it, I realized that some very generous people were giving away shiny perfect pokemon. I was so thrilled.

Then I realized a pattern, their names looks like web pages. Once I googled those I realized those were generated/hacked mons.

While searching more, this what I've understood so far.

Using them online would fall into penalizations, keeping their items or using those offline, wouldn't involve penalizations.

Yet, something unclear, is, would using them to breed, involve penalizations? Have anyone tried so? Breeding those would replicate their irregularities? Those irregularities involve any sort of suspicious stats? Is there a way for me to make sure that breeding them would not fall into penalizations?

And last but not least, am I playing with fire?

I do not mean to sound dumb, but I'm really kind of new to this and I would really appreciate any sort of advice.

Thank you for supporting, you all may have my best regards and remember to stay hydrated. Love to you all.

It's OK to breed them since those are Pokémon you got yourself without hacking, but the EVs (stat boosts from defeating Pokémon) and shininess won't be passed on, and the IVs (a stat-affecting number from 0-31 determined when you obtain a Pokémon) are complicated.

I'm a novice when it comes to breeding after having just gotten Generation 9 a few months ago(previous title was Generation 1 25+ years ago so… yeah…). I can't answer your question with respect to playing with fire but my feeling is that the Egg that is generated in your game should be fine. Rule of thumb is the Father can pass along IV's if its holding the Destiny Knot(up to 5 of them). Hence its best to Bottle cap the Father while giving the Mother an Everstone to pass along the ideal Nature and Ability. EV's are obtained after they're born and if there's any issue with Nature, Abilities or IV's, they can be solidified with Mints, Ability Capsule/Patches and Bottle Caps.

As for passing along Egg Moves, that I believe can be done via Picnics with a Mirror Herb. You just need the Child to hold the Mirror Herb and have an empty move slot and while the other Pokémon with the desired Egg Move in your party. Host a Picnic with both in tow and your child should learn the desired Egg Move.

My Alolan Vulpix all come with Powder Snow, Blizzard, Aurora Veil and Freeze Dry so I don't really see the need to change that since that's kind of good lol. I should Bottle cap the Father Ninetales though and give it the Knot(haven't bothered lol).

Anyways… have fun and happy breeding.

to answer OP generally bred pokemon are seen as legal though if the parents have illegal ball combinations at the time they can be passed down but most mons have all balls legal these days

just some corrections, bottle cap/hyper training does not affect inherited IVs and also both parents can and will pass down IVs with or without the destiny knot (destiny knot just makes it 5 stats potentially inherited from either parent instead of 3)

Eh well Bottlecaps solve IV issues. Fact they exist along with nature mints really takes a strain off of breeding perfect Pokémon. Ditto the egg move with mirror herb. Passing along ability is also an afterthought with Ability capsules or patches giving you the desired result. Getting them is the hard part.
