Ch0c0late or Vinilla?

Uh, you can buy what's called "white baking chips" which is basically sugar and vanilla. Or there is "white chocolate chips" which have a small percentage of chocolate along with sugar & vanilla.

Funny thing is, in some from scratch hot cocoa recipes, they actually call for vanilla beans so in essence, you're getting BOTH vanilla & chocolate. Yum!
